Case No. 32 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 309 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 452, 504, 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil. 3. On 01.06.2024 at about 12.00 noon, the petitioner has given axe blow on the person of the husband of the informant, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 5.
