ORAL ORDER
1. This petition is filed seeking to extend the period to conclude the arbitration proceedings between the petitioner and respondent for a further period of two months.
2. Heard learned advocate Ms.Kaiona Chhatrapati for the petitioner. Learned advocate submitted that period of concluding the Arbitral proceedings is to expire on 09.05.2025 and, therefore, this petition is filed seeking to exercise power under Section 29-A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to extend the period for completion of Arbitral proceedings by further period of two months. The award is at the stage of declaration of the award and therefore, this application is filed seeking to extent the time period.

3. The above aspect could not be disputed by learned for the respondent.
4. Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considering that the Arbitral proceedings is at advance stage, and only the award is left to be declared, this Court deems it appropriate to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 29-A(4) of the Act, 1996. Accordingly, the period which is to expire on 09.05.2025 is extended for a further period of two months.
5. With this direction, the Arbitration Petition stands
disposed of.
