Learned A. P. P. opposes the application. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 – victim vehemently opposes the application. 6. There is nothing on record to indicate that the applicants have not cooperated in the investigation. Even they have not misused the liberty granted by this Court. In the facts of the case, this Court finds no reason not to confirm the interim relief. Hence application is allowed by confirming the interim order dated 16.10.2025.
