NC: 2025:KHC:3453 WP No. 32762 of 2024
dated 06.01.2024. Though this Court has disposed off the writ petition, thereby relegating petitioner to assail the order of Deputy Commissioner rejecting the application seeking conversion, petitioner strangely has tendered one more application and is now seeking mandamus. In view of the
order passed on 06.01.2024, rejecting petitioner's application, petitioner has no legal right to seek mandamus at the hands of this Court. Equally, the Deputy Commissioner is not obligated to consider second application when petitioner's application is already rejected.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
