Sri T.Diwakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the authorities have passed orders on the representation of the petitioner, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said orders before appropriate forum. 3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
