ORAL ORDER
Petitioner / defacto complainant has preferred this petition seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.1, by the Court of Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, FTSC-III, Bengaluru City, in Crl.Misc.No.8444/2024 dated 01.10.2024.
2. The
learned counsel for petitioner has contended that there is likelihood of respondent No.1

absconding from the clutches of law, as the Trial Court has not imposed any condition restricting him from traveling outside the country. He contended that the Trial Court ought to have imposed stringent conditions like, directing the respondent No.1 to surrender his passport.
3. The learned Sessions Judge while enlarging the accused on bail, has imposed following conditions:-
1. The petitioner is ordered to be release on bail. He shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the like sum.
2. The petitioner shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses with an intention to tamper the evidence.
3. The petitioner shall appear before the Court during trial, without fail.
4. The petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activities.
4. The learned counsel for respondent contended that the accused has appeared before the Trial Court on

every date of hearing and there are no allegations of misusing the bail conditions. She submitted, the trial has been concluded and the case is listed before the Trial Court on 1st of March for final arguments and respondent No.1 / accused will undertake to appear before the Court on the date of final arguments as well as on the date of pronouncement of judgment.
5. There are no grounds made out to interfere with the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge granting bail to the accused. Respondent No.1 / accused shall be present before the Trial Court on every hearing date, as undertaken.
6. Petition is disposed of.
