Sinha, A.P.P. 02/ 06.10.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 05/2024 arising out of Complain Case No. 109/2023, registered under sections 406, 420, 504, 506 of I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is niece of one Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno and the agreement was made for sale between the informant and Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno. He further submits that anticipatory bail application being A.B.A. No. 7367 of 2024 of Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno has been disposed of on the basis of notice under section 41-A Cr.P.C. and pursuant to that Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno appeared before the learned court and she has been enlarged on bail. He further submits that said amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- has been transferred in the account of the petitioner pursuant to direction of Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of transferring Rs. 2,00,000/- by the informant in ( 2025:JHHC:30775 ) the account of the petitioner. 5. Considering that petitioner is said to be niece of one Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno who has been granted bail and the amount in question has been transferred in the account of the petitioner on the direction of Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 05/2024 arising out of Complain Case No. 109/2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.06.10.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
