Hyderabad-Karnataka reservation in the second round of PG AYUSH 2024 Seat Allotment Process. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner today that even though, interim order is granted by this Court, the same had not been complied with by the KEA. However, we notice that the interim order was granted on 20.11.2024 permitting the petitioner to attend the counseling as an Article 371-J candidate in the "next available rounds of counseling". 3. Written objections had been placed on record on 26.11.2024 specifically stating that the petitioner had approached this Court belatedly after the 1st round of counseling was over after the conclusion of the last date of Option Entry in the 2nd round of counseling. However, pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to make changes in her application and consider her case under the HK quota in the next round of counseling mop- up round and stray vacancy round subject to the result of the writ petition. petitioner in 1st and 2nd round of counseling and Annexure- R2 - which is the cut-off ranking in the 1st and 2nd round of counseling in respect of subjects opted by the petitioner are produced with the objections. It is stated that Category 3BH seat was taken by a student, who has a highest in merit in the said category in the 2nd round since PG seats were earmarked by the category seat by the state Government. 4.
It is further submitted in the written objections that the option of the subjects entered by the petitioner was available only in one college, which is why the petitioner did not get seats in the counseling. It is further contended that in the second round of counseling, though the petitioner was shown to have been allotted a seat in 3BG category, in the final result, the said seats were allotted to a higher merited student. 5. Having considered the contentions advanced and in view of the fact that the petitioner had not claimed reservation under Article 371-J in the original application

submitted by her, we are of the opinion that the orders as sought for cannot be passed in this case. In case, the petitioner has further contentions on facts, it is for her to raise them in separate proceedings. Leaving open the
contentions of the petitioner, this writ petition is closed recording the submissions made by the respondents in the statement of objections.
