Joginder Saini, respondent No.6, is also present in the Court in person. He has also been duly identified by learned counsel appearing for the said respondent. 2. The parties apprise the Court that the matter stands amicably settled between the parties. The petitioner has paid an amount of Rs. 80,000/-, vide Cheque No. 000633, dated 13.11.2025 to respondent No.6, as full and final settlement of the dispute. The same has been handed over to Mr. Joginder Saini, respondent No.6, in the Court itself. Mr. Joginder Saini has acknowledged in the Court that as a result of the receipt of the said amount by him, now nothing is due to him from the petitioner and the matter stands reconciled by them and the petition can be disposed of by recording so and by modifying the Award passed by the learned Labour Commissioner. 3. In light of the fact that the matter stands amicably settled between the parties, this petition is disposed of by recording this fact and by setting aside orders under challenge i.e. Annexure P-2, Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount that has been deposited by them before the Authorities below, in light of 3 2025:HHC:38779 the settlement of dispute between the parties.
