Mr. Vikram Sharma, learned senior counsel representing the respondents has stated at Bar that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the order impugned dated 30.05.2025, passed in the interim application, has culminated in a final order dated
27.06.2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner herein has already preferred an appeal against the said final order dated 27.06.2025 before the Court of Principal District Judge, Reasi. Mr. Anirudh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that in view of the statement made by the learned senior counsel for the respondents, he does not wish to press the instant petition. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, it is made clear that the dismissal of this petition shall not prejudice the rights of the parties in the pending appeal before the learned Principal District Judge, Reasi.
