In deference to the earlier order dated 12.06.2026, Shri Justice Manojit Bhuyan, Former Judge, Gauhati High Court, who was appointed as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate and decided on the dispute arising by and between the parties, has furnished a written declaration under Section 12 (1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In the said written declaration, he has expressed no difficulty or hardship to act as a Sole Arbitrator in the matter. In that view of the matter, the appointment of Shri Justice Manojit Bhuyan, Former Judge, Gauhati High Court to act as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate and decide on the disputes arising by and between the parties in connection with the Construction of boundary wall for the proposed Engineering College at Nagaon under plan during 2015-16 is hereby confirmed. A copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to Shri Justice Manojit Bhuyan, Former Judge, Gauhati High Court. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on 10.07.2026.
