(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 6.11.2025, issued under the signature of Special Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 7.10.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 659 of 2025, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, already stands stayed and as such, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, especially copy of order dated 7.10.2025, passed by the Division Bench of this Court, there 2 appears to be no merit in the contention of the learned Additional Advocate General. Since mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands stayed, no orders can be passed at this stage and as such, preset petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings at appropriate stage, if required and desired.
