Sri Karthikeyan B.S., learned counsel for accused Nos.1 and 2, is physically present and submits that he has filed a memo of compliance dated 4-3-2025 stating that endorsement has been issued on 28-2-2025 confirming that 'the complainant is not eligible for allotment of an alternative site, as his Revenue Site bearing 27 falls under unacquired portion of land, i.e. 31 guntas in Survey No.13/2 situated at Ramasandra Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, that is not been utilised for the purposes of the formation of Sir M. Vishweshwaraiah Layout." He further stated that the memo of compliance along with the endorsement may be taken on record and prays to drop the contempt proceedings. 3. Memo of compliance is taken on record. 4. In view the memo of compliance, the contempt proceedings does not survive for consideration to initiate action - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9182-DB CCC No. 1257 of 2023 against accused Nos.1 and 2. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings is hereby dropped. 5. At this stage, the learned counsel for the complainant seeks liberty to challenge the endorsement.
