Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 223 , 316 ( 2 ), 318 ( 4 ), 11 (1) and 62 ( 2 ) of the BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 25.08.2024 at about 2 PM, when informant reached Awas Board Bhukhand for inspection , he found that some construction work was going on the Awas land, on enquiry local people disclosed that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons were involved in the alleged construction . Petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedents of similar nature . 4. Considering the fact that aforesaid facts, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of this petitioner, prayer for Patna High Court CR. MISC.
