Case No. 24 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 376D, 376(2)(n), 420, 384, 452, 504, 506(2) and 323 of the I.P.C. and Section 67A of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10295 of 2024 by order dated 12.02.2025. 4. Petitioner is alleged to be indulged in physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Their intimate moment was videographed and the same was made viral. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 6.
