Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341 , 323 , 308 , 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . Prosecution case in brief, is that on 19.03.2021 , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners entered house of informant and assaulted him and his family members due to which they sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Allegation of assault is general and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24893 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition . 5 . Considering the general and omnibus allegation of assault , nature of injury , clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Khagaria in connection with Khagaria ( Gangour ) P .
