This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 498(A)/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Seraikella Mahila PS Case No. 02 of 2023 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikealla. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and cognizance has also been taken by the court concerned which would suggest that the petitioner is cooperating in the trial. Considering the aforesaid submission, this petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned and take necessary steps to file his bail bonds. 6.
