JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order [2025:RJ-JP:562] (3 of 3) [WRW-186/2024] 06/01/2025 1. All these four review petitions have been preferred by and on behalf of Managing Director, K.D. Jain Senior Secondary School seeking review of the common order dated 14.11.2024 whereby and whereunder four separate writ petitions were decided after hearing the respective counsels for both the parties. 2. Counsel for review petitioners submits that review of order dated 14.11.2024 has been prayed in respect of payment of interest for delay, but during course of argument, counsel for the petitioner admits that no adverse order against the Management Committee has been passed by the Executing Court, for making payment of interest on delay. In the order dated 14.11.2024, this Court has observed that it is for the Executing Court to decide the issue of payment of interest on account of delay in making payment of 80% of dues. Admittedly, no order in this respect has been passed by the Executing Court, therefore, as on date, there is no cause of action for filing the review petitions by the Managing Committee and same have been filed in sheer misuse of the process of law. 3. Counsel for the petitioner, having instructions from the petitioner-Managing Committee, prays to permit withdrawal of the review petitions. 4.
