Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for the respondents-State. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, for the Accountant General. While placing on record communication dated 27.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that respondent-department, after having examined case of the petitioner, has found him entitled to benefit of judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.2711 of 2017, titled as Baldev Singh Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh, as a result thereof, Principal GSSS Khuddi Khahan, District Mandi has already been directed to take necessary action in the matter, who has further forwarded the case of the petitioner to the office of Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, for pensionary benefits. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed with a direction to the office of Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh to ensure that appropriate orders on the communication dated 11.07.2025 sent by the respondents-State are passed expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from today, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, who has put in appearance on behalf of the aforesaid Accountant General, is directed to apprise afore authority with regard to passing of instant order, enabling it to do the needful well within stipulated time.
