That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider case of the Petitioner for granting of service benefit due and admissible under demobilized army personnel (Reservation of vacancies in the Himachal state non-technical services) Rules 1972. 2. That the respondents may kindly be directed to extend the benefit of 30 years of service rendered in army for the purpose of fixation of pay and refix the salary of the petitioner w.e.f. 27.10.2016 or 15.05.2020 (as admissible) by granting the benefit of demobilized army personnel (Reservation of vacancies in the Himachal state non-technical services) Rules 1972 along with all consequential benefits including arrear of salary along with interest.” 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that at present, neither there is any pleading nor any document on record demonstrating approved military service rendered by the petitioner before his joining civil employment. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law after incorporating proper pleadings supported with documents.
