Heard the parties.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the scale of the petitioner has not been correctly fixed by the respondents.

After hearing the parties and going through the materials on record, I find that the amount of retiral benefit as admitted by the respondent has been paid, thus, no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.

If the petitioner has got any grievance in respect of scale or non-payment of further amount, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum by filing an appropriate application.
