By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) : “(1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and providing protection to their land form the Sarpanch and villagers and also directed to the respondents stop the proceeding against the petitioners. (2) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioners and given lease in Khasra No. 269 as Adverse possession of the situated land, and given opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and followed the guideline/policy resettlement according to the policy present of the State Government as well as of the Central Government. (3) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire record in respect of Compassionate appointment of the petitioner. (4) Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the this petition may be disposed of by permitting to the petitioners to file representation before the concerned authority raising their all grievances and the concerned authorities may also be directed to 3 consider and decide the representation made by the petitioners within time frame. 3. Learned State counsel has contended the the concerned authorities are ready to decide the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage permitting to the petitioners to file representation before the concerned authority raising their all grievances and the concerned authorities are directed to consider and decide the representation/s made by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 6.
