Case No. 125 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 310(2), 311, 109(1), 111 and 312 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Mrs. Priyanka Chopra, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag. 3. On 10.10.2024, petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the Informant and one Shankar Prasad Mehta, due to which, they sustained firearm injury. 4.
