The petitioner submitted an application for survey by paying the necessary charges on 02.09.2024. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3/5 WP No. 11000 of 2025 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 02.09.2024 and conduct the survey based on the title documents and the said process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
