By the present writ petitions, the petitioners are questioning the orders by which they have been removed from their services from their respective posts of Computer Operator and Chowkidar/Peon respectively on the basis of the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Service Cooperative Society Ltd. Ghotwani & Bemetara. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the counsel for the respondents No.4 & 5 have raised preliminary objection that the petitioners have statutory alternative remedy available under Section 55(2) read with Section 64 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (for short, “the Act of 1960”) for raising a dispute before the jurisdictional Registrar, as the present bunch of cases is a service related matter. 3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of as not maintainable reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to raise the dispute under Section 55(2) of the Act of 1960. If such dispute will be filed by the petitioners within a periof of 15 days from today, the competent authority/ Assistant Registrar shall decide the same on merits without raising any objection to the limitation, within a further period of 60 days from the date of approaching of the petitioners.
