Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J This writ petition has been filed for grant of following two reliefs:- “i) That the policy Annexure P-1 may be read down/quashed to the extent that it does not make any provision for regularization of the petitioners, who are serving on alleged outsource employees for the last more than 16 years. ii) That the respondent-State may be ordered to regularize service of the petitioners, as has been done in the case of other daily wagers from the due date with all consequential benefits.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to press relief No.(i) and are only interested in relief no. (ii) for regularization of their services as outsourced employees, however, the petition lacks material particulars in so far 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 as relief No.(ii) is concerned, therefore, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition with appropriate pleadings, necessary documents and praying for requisite relief. 3.
