By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 429 of 2023 at Police Station - Kasganj, District Kasganj, under Sections 376-AB IPC, Section 5m/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act. The applicant is in jail since 24.06.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 23.05.2024. Trial is on foot. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out. The bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings as per law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
