City Civil & Sessions Judge (CCH-64) at Bengaluru vide Annexure-A." 2. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the XXVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru [for short, 'trial Court'] before whom CC No.22206/2015 is posted on 06.02.2025 to dispose of the matter within a stipulated timeframe. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. Having regard to the fact that the aforesaid proceedings are pending for almost ten years, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition without interfering with the impugned order and directing the trial Court to dispose of the said - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:4916 CRL.P No. 13510 of 2024 matter within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
