---- 04/16.10.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.125 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 33 of Indian Forest Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegation is made against the petitioners of constructing the road in the forest land for excavating sand and it has been stated that the villagers have informed to that effect. He further submits that the petitioners have

got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of constructing the road in the forest land for excavating the sand.

Considering that the person, who has taken the name of the petitioner, his name is not disclosed in the offence report and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition and the only allegation is made against the petitioners of constructing the road in the forest land for excavating the sand, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Complaint Case No.125 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
