(Oral) The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to grant him the benefit of parole. 2. Issue notice to the respondents. 3. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by preferring a petition bearing CRWP-6800-2024 titled as Hardeep Versus State of Haryana and others, which was allowed by this Court on 29.10.2024. Consequently, the petitioner had been released on parole on 12.11.2024 for a period of 06 week and he had surrendered back on 25.12.2024. He, therefore, submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous and in the event of the petitioner seeking parole henceforth, he shall have to prefer a fresh application in that regard.
