With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. The petitioner has been filed this writ petition on the following relief(s) : “10.1 That, Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the pending appeal before the election scheduled on 20.07.2025. 10.2 That, Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to participate the petitioner in the election only to extent of voting as the election scheduled on 20.07.2025. 10.3 That, Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to take necessary step to enable the cast his vote in election dated 20.07.2025. 10.4 Any other relief may be granted by this Hon'ble Court as it deems fit under the present circumstances.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the instant petition is filed by the petitioner not against any particular order but inaction of the respondent no.1 and 2 whereby respondent no.1 and 2 has not been decided the pending appeal and exclusion of name of the member from the voter list of the representatives of the Arya Samaj, Baijnath Para, Raipur and the name of the petitioner deleted from the voter list 3 without terminating his membership as per bylaws. The petitioner would therefore be entitled to extent of voting therein as the election are scheduled on 20.06.2025. 4. Learned counsel for respondents No.1, 2 & 4 contended that the respondent authorities are ready to decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the parties, at this stage, the petition is disposed of directing to respondents No.1, 2 & 4 to consider and decide the pending appeal of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of ‘90 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 7.
