In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents not to allow respondent No.4 to delete the name of the petitioner who according to the petitioner is the legally wedded wife of respondent No.4, from the Service Book. 2. During course of argument, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that only an application has been filed by the respondent No.4 before the employer to delete the name of this petitioner. The employer has not yet taken a step. 3. Since the respondents has not taken any steps and no order has been passed, in my opinion, this writ petition is pre- mature. 4.
