“For the issuance of direction upon the concern respondents to make rectification in the caste name of the petitioner at her original Sale Deed No. 6774/2007 registered vides dated 25.04.2007 for the landed property situated at Vill. Hesal, Mauza - Hesal, P.S. No. 19, P.S. Angara, Dist. – Ranchi bearing Khata No. 144, R.S. Plot No. 371, Total Rakba - 1.4 Acres, Madhey Rakba 0.99 Acre (99 decimals) whereby and where under the name of the caste of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Chamaar" instead of Kayastha which is her original caste by birth.”
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law including the Civil Courts.

Learned counsel for the Respondent- State has no objection.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
