JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 4 25-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.8.2019, passed in CWJC No. 16295 of 2019, the Circle Officer, Vijaypur has passed the final order dated 27.9.2023 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2018-19, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with. Patna High Court MJC No.1037 of 2023(4) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order dated 27.9.2023, they may be granted liberty to file appropriate appeal.
