The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 776 of 2019, for the offences registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 509, 120B, 385, 147, 452, 504 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. Anticipatory Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide A.B.A. No. 5703 of 2022 by order dated 20.04.2023. 4. It is alleged that the petitioner, who is a Circle Inspector, manipulated the revenue records and entered the name of another person with respect to the land which was originally entered in the name of grandfather of the informant. 5. It was submitted that the parties have compromised the case. It was further submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted Anticipatory Bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on Anticipatory Bail. Accordingly, his prayer for Anticipatory Bail stands rejected. 7. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the Court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period, the learned Trial Court shall take all coercive steps to secure the custody of the petitioner. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
