From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 2 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 6. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record as well as the certified copy of this order to the concerned Family Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
