This petition is filed by the defendant in O.S.No.984 of 2021 pending in the Court of Rent Controller – cum – IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) – cum – IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vijayawada. 3. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 11.11.2024 passed by the said Court which reads as under: “Costs paid. In spite of conditional order dated 13.09.2024, 23.10.2024 and 01.11.2024, the petitioner failed to file contemplated admitted signatures and failed to comply the condition order, in spite of giving sufficient and reasonable time, as such petition is dismissed.” 4. A perusal of the order dated 11.11.2024 shows that the said order has been passed on the ground that the petitioner failed to comply with the order dated 13.09.2024, 23.10.2024 and 01.11.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that those conditional orders, by which the petitioner was directed to produce the Contemporaneous admitted signatures, have not been complied. 6. The orders dated 13.09.2024, 23.10.2024 and 01.11.2024 are not under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition. 7. Consequently, the order dated 11.11.2024 is only a consequential order. I do not find any illegality in the order dated 11.11.2024. 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file fresh petition for appropriate prayers including challenging those orders, in non-compliance with, the order dated 11.11.2024 was passed. 9. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed however granting the liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
