The prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 23.11.2023 vide Annexure - A. 2. Though a prayer is made to consider the representation dated 23.11.2023, it is noticed that Annexure – A does not relate to issuance of an E- Khata. 3. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the application for E-Khata was made as per Annexure – F on 12.12.2016 and the same has remained unconsidered. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6455 WP No. 32932 of 2024 4. In my view, since the petitioner is claiming for an E- Khata as per Annexure – F, it would be appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to consider the request of the petitioner made by him at Annexure – F and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
