Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “A. That the respondent may kindly be directed to exchange the land of the petitioner which fall middle in the wild life sanctuary at muhal Jangal Majhetal District Solan to Government land situated at mouja Panjeena Khasra No. 676/1 in the interest of justice. B. That in the alternative respondent may kindly be directed to acquire the said land as per the nature of the land and accordingly pay compensation to the petitioner as per the market rate so the petitioner is able to purchase 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:43700 the land somewhere else in the interest of justice. C. That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the compensation of Rs. 500000 to the petitioner on account of loss of domestic animals killed by tiger and loss of crop eaten by wild animals. D. That the respondent may kindly be directed to waive off the loan of the petitioner keeping in view of his financial condition.” 2. In light of the prayer made therein, though this Court is not inclined to entertain the same for the purpose of issuing any mandamus, however, on the request of learned Legal Aid Counsel, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case any fresh application with regard to the prayer (prayer A and B) made by the petitioner to the Authorities concerned, let the same be decided in accordance with law.
