The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 535 of 2024 arising out of Ichak P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 of the I.P.C. and Chargesheet has been submitted under Section 302, 201, 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8369 of 2024 by order dated 25.11.2024. 4. The deceased Rahul Mehta and Puja Yadav were in live-in-relationship. Ishwar Mehta, father of Rahul Mehta and other family members were opposing their relationship. Finally, both Rahul Mehta and Puja Yadav were murdered and they were cremated by Ishwar Mehta and Bablu Mehta. 5. During the course of investigation, Ishwar Mehta and Bablu Mehta were apprehended and they confessed that the petitioner was also involved in murder of both the deceased. On confession of Ishwar Mehta and Bablu Mehta, bangles, ring and ashes of deceased were found and on the confession of this petitioner, blood- stained knife, which was used in committing murder of both the deceased, along with blood-stained towel and other articles, were recovered. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
