Petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking production of the corpus who happens to be minor son of the petitioner. 2. Report was sought from the Police. As per the report submitted by the Police, corpus is a major who is staying with her ex-husband, who is the father of the minor corpus. 3. Considering the Police report and the statement of the corpus-Seema, we do not find any force in the present habeas corpus petition. 4. The present habeas corpus petition is accordingly, dismissed.
