IN THE HIGH COURT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH, SHIMLA Execution Petition No. 416 of 2025 Date of Decision: 29.10.2025 _______________________________________________________ Kamal Jeet …….Petitioner Versus State of Himachal Pradesh & others … Respondents ______________________________________________________ Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting? 1 For the Petitioner: Mr. Ajeet Singh Saklani, Advocate. For the Respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocate Generals. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 25.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 1st July, 2025, issued by the Dy. Director of Elementary Education, Mandi, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of the directions contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, have rejected the same on the ground that petitioner does not possess the requisite qualification as per R&P Rules for the post of Language Teacher . 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record vis-à-vis mandate contained in the judgment, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. Since there was only direction to consider the case of the petitioner and respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of R&P Rules occupying the fields, have rejected the case of the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to the order passed in purported compliance of the judgment sought to be executed.
