2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

“I) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued, quashing and setting aside the order dated 3.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by Respondent No. 2. ii) That appropriate writ may kindly be issued with a direction to respondents to appoint the administratorin view of section 37 of The Himachal Pradesh Co- operative Societies Act. iii) That appropriate writ may kindly be issued with a direction to respondents to convene and fix the date of the special committee meeting under Rule48 of The Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act. iv) That appropriate writ may kindly be issued, quashing and setting aside the notice dated 20-11-2025 Annexure P-11 issued by respondent society. v) That appropriate writ may kindly be issued, quashing and setting aside the verbal blacklisting of Petitioner No. 2 truck No. HP-69-6909 and with a direction to respondents to pay damages of Rs. 3500/- per day from 4-11-2025 to till date.”
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in light of the fact that the Appeal preferred by Dhyan Singh Thakur and others, is pending consideration before Registrar, Cooperative Societies and the same is listed for consideration
3 2025:HHC:43200 on 30.12.2025, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Authority concerned shall dispose of these proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in all circumstances before
15.01.2026. Till then status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
