ORAL JUDGMENT

Heard learned complainant-party-in-person Ms. Navyashree R. Rao and learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar for the respondents who appeared upon issuance of notice.
2. The complainant-petitioner in Writ Petition No.17224 of 2024 has preferred this contempt petition, alleging non-compliance and wilful disobedience.
3. Learned Single Judge, by the order dated 18.07.2024,
directed respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate steps to address the grievance of the petitioner and to take necessary action in accordance with the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-G, within the stipulated time.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar appearing for the respondents submitted an endorsement dated 20.08.2024, which was issued prior to the filing of this contempt petition, demonstrating compliance with the directions of learned Single Judge. Therefore, it is submitted that the contempt petition does not survive for further consideration.

4.1 The factum of endorsement dated 20.08.2024 is not disputed by learned complainant-party-in-person.
5. Upon perusal of the directions in the order under contempt and the endorsement dated 20.08.2024, it is evident that the directions issued by learned Single Judge have been complied with.
6. In view of the above, it cannot be concluded that the respondents have wilfully disobeyed the directions of learned Single Judge, warranting further proceedings in the present contempt petition.
7. In view of the foregoing, the present contempt petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the contempt petition is
