The instant petition has been filed against the action of private Respondents No.5 to 9 who have forcefully encroached upon the allotted land of the petitioner and the petitioner is in possession of the same. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has made complaint before the police authority and before the Tahsildar for demarcation of his land and pursuant to which the demarcation has been carried out, however, despite that the private respondents are encroaching the land of the petitioner and the petitioner has made several complaints but nothing has been done. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an application under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the concerned Tehsildar, the instant writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid alternative remedy.
