DATED :- 16th April, 2025 P.C: In continuation to the order dated 27.03.2025, the learned Counsel Mr. Yogesh Nadkarni, representing the Mormugao Port Authority, on instructions, make a statement that the Authority has arrived at a decision to recall the notice inviting tender i.e. E-Tender No. CE/55/2024 for leasing of 7,670 square metres of water area alongside Berth No. 2 for berthing of small and medium leisure crafts for five years. 2. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
