Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 06.01.2026 from the Special Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh conveying that the petitioner can be accommodated for his posting at PHC Banethi, District Sirmaur. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions imparted to him, submits that the petitioner is ready and willing for his posting at the aforesaid station. In view of above, let the needful be done within five days by issuing necessary order for posting the petitioner at PHC Banethi, District Sirmaur.
