Prayer in the instant civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the action of respondents, whereby the petitioners have been deprived from selling their land/property. 2. Learned State counsel has produced a copy of letter dated 20.05.2025, issued by Tehsildar, Rewari, in Court today itself, which is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. The relevant extracts of aforesaid letter read as under :- “ In this regard is humbly submitted that the record of this office perused. The property of Smt. Kala w/o Sh. Harbhagwan was freezed vide SHO Model Town, Rewari notice No. 221-5A dated 24.6.2022. The undersigned contacted SHO Model Town and reply of the Police department was also perused. The impugned order of the SHO Model Town, Rewari has already been recalled. As per Tehsil office record the registration of the sale deed of the property as mentioned in the CWP has not been refused. In view of the present circumstances, the sale deed of the property as mentioned in the CWP will be executed as and when it will be produced in the office of the undersigned subject to the conditions that the property is free from all encumbrances and required NOC from DTP or NDC from Municipality, as the case may, has been obtained by the executant.
