As per 15th April, 2025 FA 32 of 2015 the Consent Terms, the appellant is handing over a Demand Draft of HDFC Bank for an amount of Rs.64,50,000/- (Rupees Sixty Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) as full and final payment of the decreetal amount, which includes interest and cost, if any. 3.
