At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with the liberty to file a fresh on the ground that a wrong “Crime No.177 of 2025” in place of “Crime No.176 of 2025” has been mentioned in the impugned order of the trial Court dated 2 16.05.2025 and, due to which, the same has also been typed in the present bail application. 2. Accordingly, instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. However, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned trial Court for necessary information and direction that mentioning of wrong crime number etc. in the bail rejection orders shall not be recurred again, failing which adverse inference will be drawn against the concerned trial Court for not taking the matter seriously.
